Learn how to use SKUtrak's filters function to select a group of products
SKUtrak provides two ways of filtering a dashboard to a product or group of products:
- Clicking on a dashboard element, such as a bar chart, will update the rest of the screen to show data for that product. Filters applied this way are local filters: they will not carry across if you move to another dashboard.
- Using the Filters button in the top right to select a group of products. Filters applied this way are global filters: they will carry across when you move to another dashboard.
In this guide, we will walk through how to use the Filters function to apply a global product filter.
How to apply a product filter
- Navigate to any dashboard by clicking on Dashboards in the top navigation bar, selecting a retailer, and choosing a dashboard in the left-hand menu.
NOTE: the filters function is not available on the 28-day Summary dashboard. - Click on Filters in the top-right, and scroll down to the section titled 'Filters'
- First, choose the product classification you would like to filter by using the tab at the top. Supplier classification will be selected by default.
- Click on the Categories, Subcategories, Brands and SKUs you would like to filter to.
- Once happy with your selection, click Apply in the bottom right.
- That's it!🎉 Your dashboard will update to show only the products selected. If you move to another dashboard, the same filters will be applied.
