Learn how to use the Commercial Alerts dashboard
The Supply Alerts dashboard is an Essential plan feature.
Summary
The Commercial Alerts dashboard lets you spot unexpected changes in your key drivers. It shows your key commercial levers and highlights any SKUs with a significant week-on-week change. Use it to:
- See how sales and it's main drivers are tracking week-on-week.
- See SKUs with a significant change in demand, price, distribution or waste, and take further action where necessary.
Setting up the dashboard
The dashboard gives you one configuration option in the top bar:
- Time Breakdown: Select between the latest/selected day or the last full calendar week.
- Select Date: Choose any day within the last 7 days if you have selected latest/selected day in the time breakdown.
What's on screen
There are five breakdowns on-screen, from left to right:

Sales Value

Sales Volume

Average Price

Stores Ranged (average)

Waste Value
- Alert: shows you the number of SKUs that meet the relevant threshold criteria.
💡 Threshold and target settings can be changed by clicking the Filters button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

KPI tile: shows you the overall performance for your chosen date, and the variance vs the previous week with the exception of waste value which is vs the previous day.
- Time Series: shows the last 28 days for the metric.
- SKU Alerts: View the SKUs that meet the threshold criteria, helping you address the most pressing issues of the day.
