      Export depot-level data

      Learn how to export depot-level data to Excel

      How to export depot-level data

      1. Click on Dashboards in the top navigation bar and select a Retailer

      2. Click into the Export group on the left-hand side and select Depot Export

      3. Configure your Export:

        1. Use the Level Breakdown dropdown to choose the product grain included in your export.
        2. Use the metric dropdowns to select the metrics you would like to include. Up to 2 metrics can be included in your export.
        3. Select the date range you would like to export.
        4. Use the Time Breakdown dropdown to choose the time grain you want to export.
        5. Use the Filter Dates dropdown to exclude any specific dates.
      4. Click Export in the top-right, and then select CSV
      5. When the pop-up appears, click Download
      6. That's it! The file will go into your downloads folder under the name 'DE_Export.csv'.
