Connect Home Depot to SKUtrak

💡Before you begin:

  • The Home Depot connector is available to organisations on a current (since 2025) Seed, Core, or Growth plan.
  • You must have approved access to Home Depot credentials before starting.
  • Setup requires coordination with the Crisp SKUtrak Helpdesk team.

This guide explains how to connect your Home Depot data to the Crisp SKUtrak platform. Use it when you are ready to begin onboarding Home Depot data and want to understand what we will handle versus what actions are required from your team.

Overview of the setup process

Connecting Home Depot to Crisp SKUtrak involves three main steps:

  1. The Crisp SKUtrak Helpdesk team sets up your organisation and invites a nominated user.
  2. You link your Home Depot credentials in the Crisp platform.
  3. The Helpdesk team completes the data flow and activates reporting in Crisp SKUtrak.

Most technical steps are handled by the Crisp SKUtrak Helpdesk team. Your primary responsibility is creating a Crisp account and authorising the Home Depot connection.

Step 1: Set up your Crisp account and organisation

What Crisp SKUtrak does:

  • Creates your organisation in the Crisp platform.
  • Initiates the Home Depot data connection setup.
  • Requests details for a nominated user who has a Home Depot account.

What you need to do:

  1. Contact the Crisp SKUtrak Helpdesk team at skutrak-support@gocrisp.com to initiate setup.
  2. Provide the email address of the nominated Home Depot user.
  3. Look out for an invitation email from Crisp.
  4. Use the invitation to create your Crisp account and set a secure password.

Once your account is created, continue to the next step.

Step 2: Link your Home Depot Credentials to the Crisp platform

Make sure the user completing this step has the required Home Depot account permissions.

What you need to do:

  1. Log in to the Crisp platform.
  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Connectors.

   3. Select Add Connector.

  4. Choose the Home Depot data source tile, then select Edit connector.

  5. Enter your Home Depot login details and select Save.

  6. When prompted, select the authorisation checkbox and then Confirm.

  7. You will be redirected back to the data source setup screen. Select Save.

A diagnostic checklist appears on the right-hand side of the screen. When all items are complete, green check marks confirm the connection.

Timing and support

Once you see a green check mark confirming the connection, email the Helpdesk team to trigger the final setup steps.

Step 3: Activate your data in Crisp SKUtrak

What Crisp SKUtrak does:

  • Begins flowing Home Depot data into your SKUtrak account.
  • Makes the data available in your reports and dashboards.

This final step typically takes up to 48 hours to complete.
