      Connect Sainsbury's data to SKUtrak

      Follow this guide to connect your Sainsbury's data to SKUtrak

      Sainsbury's has replaced their Horizon reporting system with the Circana SupplyHub application. To access SupplyHub data through Crisp SKUtrak, you must have a Third-Party Access (TPA) request approved by Circana.

      Crisp SKUtrak collects your Sainsbury's trading data from the SupplyHub portal. Follow the steps below to connect your Sainsbury's data to Crisp SKUtrak:

      1. Click the Sainsbury's tile on the Data Sources page

      2. Enter your Sainsbury's SupplyHub supplier number to enable SKUtrak to start collecting your data. 

      3. Click "Save"
      4. Done! 🎉  That's all SKUtrak should need to start collecting.

       

      What happens next?

      Now, Crisp SKUtrak will validate your details. Once validated, the Data Source will show a green tick, you will start receiving your daily KPI email, and your service will be ready in 1-3 days. 

      If the validation fails, Crisp SKUtrak will email you to let you know, and the Data Source Status will update to show a red exclamation mark.
