Connect Sainsbury's data to SKUtrak (via Horizon)

Follow this guide to connect your Sainsbury's data to SKUtrak

To follow this guide, you must be your organisation's "Owner" or have the "Data Sources Manager" role assigned.

SKUtrak collects your Sainsbury's trading data from the Horizon portal. Follow the steps below to connect your Sainsbury's data to SKUtrak:

  1. Click the Sainsbury's tile on the Data Sources page

  2. Enter your Horizon account details in the pop-up:

    1. Name: the name you use to log in to Horizon, usually in the format <Firstname>.<Lastname>.

    2. Company: the name of your company as registered on Horizon.

    3. Password: the password for your account.

  3. Click "Save"
  4. Done! 🎉  That's all SKUtrak should need to start collecting.

 

What happens next?

Now, SKUtrak will validate your details by attempting to log into Horizon. Once validated, the Data Source will show a green tick, you will start receiving your daily KPI email, and your service will be ready in 1-3 days

If the validation fails, SKUtrak will email you to let you know, and the Data Source Status will update to show a red exclamation mark. If you're unsure why it's failing and are having trouble setting it up, please contact our support team by email or live chat; they will be happy to help.

💡 Make sure you update your password after a reset

Horizon accounts require you to reset your password every 60 days. When you reset your password on Horizon, it's important that you update SKUtrak at the same so that collection isn't interrupted.

To help, SKUtrak will send you a reminder seven days before your account expires and another if it detects that it has expired.
