Connect Tesco data to SKUtrak (via Tesco Partner Toolkit)

Follow this guide to connect your Tesco data to SKUtrak

To follow this guide, you must be your organisation's "Owner" or have the "Data Sources Manager" role assigned.

Tesco is only available on our Essential plan or above. If you're currently on our Free Starter plan and are interested in using SKUtrak for your Asda data, please contact upgrade@skutrak.com.

SKUtrak collects your Tesco trading data from the Tesco Partner Toolkit. Follow the steps below to connect your Tesco data to SKUtrak:

  1. Click the Tesco tile on the Data Sources page 

  2. Enter your Partner Toolkit account details in the pop-up:

    1. User ID: the User ID you use to log in to Tesco Partner Toolkit, usually an email address.

    2. Password: the password for the account.

  3. Click "Save"
  4. Done! 🎉  That's all SKUtrak should need to start collecting.

What happens next?

Now, SKUtrak will validate your details by attempting to log into the Partner Toolkit. Once validated, the Data Source will show a green tick, you will start receiving your daily KPI email, and your service will be ready in 1-3 days

If the validation fails, SKUtrak will email you to let you know, and the Data Source Status will update to show a red exclamation mark. If you're unsure why it's failing and are having trouble setting it up, please contact our support team by email or live chat; they will be happy to help.
