Follow this guide to connect your Waitrose data to SKUtrak

SKUtrak collects your Waitrose trading data from the Connect portal. To ensure we can collect your Waitrose data from the Connect Portal, we require use of a user account on the Waitrose Connect Portal with access to Data Sharing reports. This guide outlines the steps following this to connect your Waitrose data to SKUtrak:

Click the Waitrose tile on the Data Sources page

Enter your Connect portal account details in the pop-up:

Account: the username you use to log in to Connect. This is usually a name in the format <Firstname> <Lastname>.

Password: the password for the account.

- Click "Save"
- Done! 🎉 That's all SKUtrak should need to start collecting.
What happens next?
Now, SKUtrak will validate your details by attempting to log into the Connect portal. Once validated, the Data Source will show a green tick, you will start receiving your daily KPI email, and your service will be ready in 1-3 days.
If the validation fails, SKUtrak will email you to let you know, and the Data Source Status will update to show a red exclamation mark. If you're unsure why it's failing and are having trouble setting it up, please contact our support team by email or live chat; they will be happy to help.
