Now you have created a promotion, you have the ability to export this view into a CSV file to add to internal files. It is simple and easy to do this.
To export all promotions under a selected tab:
- You are able to export promotions saved under any status: from Drafts through to Archived.
- To export this file, simply click on the individual promotion in the relevant tab and select the tickbox next to the relevant promotion.
- In the far right hand side, click the down arrow icon called ‘Export’. Once clicked, a pop-up will appear which offers you an export of two options: Current page - which is the current tickbox selection or All data which enables you to extract all promotional information from that tab.
You have successfully downloaded your file containing all promotions under the selected tab!
To export a detailed view of the individual promotions:
- To export the individual file, this time do not click on the tickbox but on the promotion title to bring you into the individual page overview.
- Once in this view, you can export your promotional breakdown on the right hand side by clicking the arrow next to ‘Detailed Breakdown’.
You have successfully downloaded your file which contains a view of the metrics, baseline, projected and impact of your promotional activity!
