Manage your Pricing and Terms

Use this guide to understand how to add your products list prices, customer discounts, and production costs once a product has been added via ‘My Products’ section.  This information will automatically sync with SKUtrak Promote, simplifying the calculation of promotional ROI and offering a comprehensive view of product profitability.

 

Prices - Product Catalogue

 

Understanding the Categories

  • List Price – The recommended selling price to the retailer.

  • Cost Price – The cost to produce each product.

  • Customer Discount – The agreed discount rate applied to each product for the customer. 

    In this section, you can select the discount either by Percentage, Fixed Amount or Final Price and this auto populates total breakdown, based on the previous price.

    Note: All prices should be added per-unit, not per case.



How to add Prices and Terms

Step 1:
Upload your product(s) via the ‘My Products’ section.

Step 2:
Once the upload is confirmed, the product(s) will appear in the ‘Prices and Terms’ section.

Step 3:
To update pricing details:

  • Click on the individual product SKU.

  • Click ‘Add Price or Add Discount’ to input pricing manually, or use ‘Upload Prices or Upload Discounts’ for a bulk CSV upload.

Step 4:
Filter by price category and select your Master Product from the dropdown.
Enter the relevant values for List Price, Cost Price, and/or Customer Discounts.
You can also define effective date ranges for each price entry.

 

Step 5:
All data will automatically sync with SKUtrak Promote and be reflected in your promotional profitability and ROI analysis.

 

View Status and Retailer

You have the ability to also view the complete status of your Products within this section by Status (None, Pending, Expired, Active) or by Retailer for Customer Discounts, depending on your plan.
