Sainsbury's Horizon and Circana SupplyHub

Sainsbury's has replaced their Horizon reporting system with the Circana SupplyHub application. 

What we know about Sainsbury’s and Circana SupplyHub 

As notified on July 30th, we have been working with Circana to reach an agreeable (three-way) Third Party Agreement ("TPA") to cover Atheon, Circana and Sainsbury's and define how SKUtrak will receive, process, analyse and supply SupplyHub data to you.

 

Update: 21st December

We’re pleased to confirm that the migration to the new Circana SupplyHub feed has been completed for customers who have the necessary agreements in place, including signing their third-party agreements (TPAs). 

Our paying customers are eligible for a party data sharing agreement which allows the Circana data to be used to power your SKUtrak service. Unfortunately this means our historical ‘free’ Sainsbury’s service is no longer available.

For customers who have not yet completed this process, your SKUtrak Sainsbury’s service will cease to update after 21st December. To avoid any disruptions to your service, please contact the Customer Success team at customersuccess@atheon.co.uk.

Please note the following changes following the transition:

  • Please ensure that you remain compliant with your TPA, particularly with regard to data sharing with third parties.
  • Depot service level data is no longer available within the new Circana SupplyHub feed.
  • There is a change to the store stock values. Store stock is now reported in units, rather than cases. Store stock history which preceded SupplyHub will no longer be visible on SKUtrak dashboards.

We need affected users to:

  1. Nominate a SKUtrak project lead for the migration from Horizon to SupplyHub; this is someone who can act as a central point of communication and decision-making
  2. Look out for an email from Circana containing your unique Circana / Atheon Third Party Agreement (TPA) and ensure prompt signature to allow SKUtrak to retrieve your data
  3. Following the completion of steps 1 and 2 outlined above, the migration process will commence between data being sent by Circana SupplyHub to SKUtrak
