How to Request TPA Approval for SKUtrak Access to SupplyHub Data

Overview

The Nectar360 team at Sainsbury’s advises that any supplier with an existing

SupplyHub Bronze (or above) agreement can submit a Third Party Access (TPA)

request to Circana which, if approved by the Nectar360 team, will allow us (Crisp)

to extract and power your SKUtrak service with the Sainsbury’s SupplyHub data.

Unfortunately, you are unlikely to receive a TPA if you use the FTA (Free-to-Air)

SupplyHub edition; we haven’t been able to persuade the Nectar360 team of

sufficient interest from their supplier base for this option. We still advise you to

make a TPA request (as per instructions below) so that we and Sainsbury’s can

measure your interest and discuss further with Nectar360 later in the year.

Process

Follow the steps below to obtain approval to share data from Sainsbury’s

SupplyHub with SKUtrak.

Step 1

Send the request template provided below (or your preferred version of it) to

sainsburys@circana.com. Please ensure you cc or bcc skutrak-support@gocrisp.com - this automatically creates a support ticket with our Helpdesk team, allowing us to track progress more easily and support your TPA application.

Request Template

Subject: Request for Permission to Share Data from Sainsbury’s SupplyHub

with SKUtrak

Dear Circana,

I am writing to request permission to share data from Sainsbury’s SupplyHub with our Crisp SKUtrak service, under a Third Party Access Agreement (“TPAA”). We understand the importance of adhering to Sainsbury’s data-sharing policies and assure you that any data shared will be handled in line with the terms of the TPAA. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to your prompt response.

Sincerely,

[Your Name]

Step 2

Circana will provide you with a link to an online form which you need to complete

for your TPAA. We have provided you with our suggested pro-forma response in

the document we have shared with you; you will need to copy-and-paste answers

into the form - or provide your own - but please ensure that you request all of the

data columns we advise in the response for question 15.

Step 3

Circana will review your request with the Nectar360 team, seeking approval for

your TPAA. Once approved, you will receive confirmation that your third-party

data-sharing request has been accepted; please notify us promptly upon

receiving this confirmation.

Step 4

Circana will prepare and share a TPAA with you. Once you sign this via Docusign

we will be notified, and we will then review and sign the TPAA. Once we receive

the fully-executed TPAA (normally the same day) we can initiate our onboarding

process - we will reach out to you to organise transfer of the relevant data reports.

If you have any questions or need help, please contact our support team.
