SKUtrak Share makes it simple to integrate demand data into your in-house and third-party applications. Use this guide to help set up the SKUtrak Share Connection in your account.
To set up the connection, in SKUtrak you need to:
1. Click the Data Management icon in the top blue navigation bar
2. From the drop-down, click "Connectors"
3. Click the "+ Add Connection" tile
4. On the pop-up, against "Connection Type", click the down arrow and select an available connection type from the drop-down.
After this, you need to choose whether to connect to your own Snowflake account, or a reader account:
Connect to my own Snowflake account
Connect to a Snowflake reader account
Connect to my own Snowflake account:

On the pop-up, click the "Connect to your own Snowflake account" tile
2. Below the tile, fill out the required fields on the pop-up, indicated by an "*"
Click "Save"
3. Make sure you've requested "Desire DataShare" in the Snowflake Marketplace, a link on the pop-up will direct you to this page, just click "Request" if you haven't done so already.
You'll need to sign up or sign in with your Snowflake account credentials in order to request access 💡
Once access has been granted by us, you'll be notified in the Snowflake Marketplace.
4. Go back to SKUtrak and click "Close" at the bottom of the pop-up
That's it! 🎉 SKUtrak will show a new tile for the connector with a green tick against it, confirming a successful connection.Once access has been granted in Snowflake Marketplace, DataShare will be live and you'll be able to access your data in Snowflake.
💡Need to manage the connection?
Just hover over the tile and click either the 🗑 icon to delete or the ✏️ icon to edit the connection.
Connect to a Snowflake reader account:
1. On the pop-up, click the "Use a Reader account managed by SKUtrak" tile.
❓ Why don't I have this option?
You can only have 1 reader account per Organisation, if you already have one set up, you'll need to delete it first in order to set up a new one.

2. Click "Submit"
3. Wait for the exclamation icon in the top right-hand corner of the tile to turn to a green tick, once done, hover over the tile and click the eye icon to get your Snowflake Reader account login details.
That's it! 🎉
