Learn how to use the Stock Report Dashboard
The Stock Report is a Lite plan feature.
Summary
The Stock Report provides a snapshot of your current depot and store stock levels. It shows stock totals and stock cover broken down by depot and SKU, as well as the recent trends in both.

Setting up the dashboard
The dashboard gives you three configuration options in the top bar, from left to right:
- Select Timeseries Metric: choose between Depot, Store, or Total Stock to display on the time series.
💡 Total Stock is only available for retailers who report Depot and Store stock in the same unit of measure.
- Value or Volume: where available for the retailer, choose between stock volume or stock value.
What's on screen
There are four components on-screen, from top to bottom:
- KPI tiles: the KPI summary tiles along the top show the Stock KPIs for the latest day.
- Depot Breakdown: The first bar represents depot stock broken down by depot. Where available for the retailer, and once a SKU is selected, depot stock cover is shown in the second bar.
- Time series: shows your selected stock metric for the last 28 days.
- SKU Breakdown: The SKU breakdown shows up to four bars depending on retailer availability. The first two always present are Depot Stock in orange and Store Stock in light Grey. If the retailer reports depot and store stock in the same unit of measure, the total stock will be shown in dark grey. The fourth bar, only available for Morrisons, shows stock cover.
