Learn how to use the Store Inbound Summary Dashboard
The Store Inbound Summary is a Lite plan feature.
The Store Inbound summary dashboard highlights products the retailer is failing to deliver to stores. It shows depot-to-store orders, deliveries and shorts and the knock-on impact on on-shelf availability. Use it to:
- Get a one-page summary of depot-to-store service and on-shelf availability for all of your products.
-
Spot products where the retailer isn't meeting store demand and intervene before availability is impacted.
Setting up the dashboard
The dashboard gives you one configuration option in the top bar:
- Sort by: Sort the SKU breakdown by stock or cover where available for the retailer.
What's on screen
There are two components on-screen, from top to bottom:
- KPI tiles: the KPI tiles at the top of the Dashboard show your headline totals.
- Product breakdown: The product breakdown is made up of five sections:
- The number shows Store Orders.
- The bars represent Store Inbound; Order total in grey, orders fulfilled in blue and orders shorted in red.
- The grey bar and circle represent the Store inbound % position.
- The bars show store gaps in red and stores ranged in light grey. The availability percentage is shown in red when below the target and blue when above.
- 7 Days Store Inbound %. A red box is below the target, blue is above.
