Learn how to use the Store Stock dashboard

Summary
The Store Stock dashboard lets you monitor stock levels in individual stores. It breaks down Store Stock levels by SKU, region, format, and store and highlights stores with low stock levels. Use it to:
- Understand how current store stock breaks down across products and regions.
- Spot product/store combinations with low stockholding and intervene to prevent issues with on-shelf availability.
Setting up the dashboard
The dashboard gives you one configuration option in the top bar:
- Select Date: Set the date to show in the top bar charts.
What's on screen
There are two types of components on-screen, from top to bottom:
- Bar charts: The bars represent the total store stock for each breakdown: Product, Format, and Region. The fourth breakdown, at the Store level, also displays total store stock as a bar, with a red or black dot indicating if the stock level is below (red) or above (black) the average store stock for the last 42 days.
- Time series: Displays the store stock data for the 42 days leading up to the selected date.
