How to switch between supplier and retailer product classifications
SKUtrak allows you to view dashboards according to the retailer's product hierarchies as well as your own. This allows you to speak in their language while reporting consistently across retailers.
Product mappings are required for supplier classification
To use your own product classification, you need to add your organisation's product definitions and the required mappings using SKUtrak's Product Master and Product Matching tools. Follow the Getting started with Product Data Management guide to get set up.
- While viewing a dashboard, click on the Filters button in the top right
- At the top of the section which pops out, under the Configuration header, there are two Supplier/Retailer toggles:
- Category/Subcategory/Brand Classification: use this to change the Category, Subcategory and Brand classifications shown on the dashboard.
- SKU Classification: use this to change the SKU classification shown on the dashboard.
