We’re excited to share that store-level Co-op data insights are now available through SKUtrak. Included with our new pricing plans, this enhancement gives you direct access to granular insights, helping you spot new opportunities and drive smarter decisions.

Improvements to Product Data Management
Keeping your product data, such as retailer product mappings, up-to-date is key to getting the most from SKUtrak. We’ve introduced three updates to make managing your product data easier:
- Track map rate by sales value – Quickly identify gaps by seeing what percentage of your sales is unmapped. You can now sort by sales value to focus on high-value products first.
- Product mapping summary email – Stay informed with a weekly or monthly email update on your product mappings. The email includes the percentage of unmapped sales and highlights new products that need attention.
- Enhanced filtering and sorting – Easily find active products with improved filtering and sorting options.

Store Sales Report Dashboard Enhancements
Track region, format and store performance with our improved, simplified Store Sales Report.
These updates include:
- Additional Retailers: Access data for new retailers including Co-op and Waitrose
- More comparison periods: Additional timeframes for 52 weeks, 12 weeks and 4 weeks for enhanced reporting
- Enhanced Sorting: Sort data effortlessly based on the options you’ve selected

Exports: saved filters
We have introduced the ability to apply saved filters within the ‘Exports’ section to make downloading data even quicker and simpler. When creating an export, you can now choose to apply an existing saved filter or save a new one for future use. This is just the first of several improvements to Exports, so keep an eye out for more updates in the coming weeks.
Enhanced Password Security Requirements
As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping your data secure, we have recently strengthened our password requirements. These requirements apply when creating a new account or resetting your password. Existing passwords remain valid, and no immediate action is required on your part. Updating your password is quick and easy if you wish to do so—simply follow our step-by-step guide.
Depot Stock Dashboard Enhancements
We’ve enhanced the Depot Stock Dashboard to make it more intuitive. These updates include:
- Added the ability to toggle between the latest date and all dates showing in the left-hand bar chart.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) have been moved to the top of the dashboard for better visibility.
- Date titles have been made clearer to more easily see the dates that each metric covers.
- Estate-level KPIs have been removed to avoid confusion caused by out-of-sync data.

Sainsbury's Store Stocked Insights
We are now showing the number of stores stocked for a product in Sainsbury's dashboards and Exports. The exact definition from the SupplyHub data source is the count of ranged and stocked. This may differ from other retailer data sources, however this is the metric used when calculating availability in Sainsbury's SupplyHub. Please note, this metric is also available for SKUtrak Share users.
